Hemin Qazi

Hemin Qazi is a seasoned international business and development strategist with over 15 years of experience in trade, logistics, and government contracting. As Director of Business Development at Golden Eagle Global, Inc., he has led complex export operations and supply chain strategies, particularly in high-risk and conflict-affected regions. He currently serves on the Board of the Nursing and Midwife Development Center (NMDC) and the Nursing and Midwifery Development Foundation (NMDF) in Erbil, where he supports health workforce development, professional education, and advocacy across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Hemin’s prior roles include serving with the U.S. Department of Defense in Baghdad and with the FDIC during the financial crisis. He holds a B.B.A. in Economics and Finance and is a Certified Exporter. Fluent in Kurdish and English, Hemin is committed to building sustainable systems, strengthening institutions, and advancing regional development.
