Bruce Bingham Bio

Bruce Bingham brings decades of leadership experience and a strong commitment to service to his position on the NMDF board. He is a founding partner of Hamilton Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate development and investment firm operating in Illinois and Utah. He leads the Salt Lake City office and has directed numerous large-scale development projects, including office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties. His expertise in planning, project management, and strategic development has shaped thriving communities and revitalized historic landmarks.

With over 36 years of experience in real estate development, Bruce has overseen projects totaling more than 5.5 million square feet and valued at approximately $350 million. His work combines vision with meticulous execution, ensuring that projects are not only successful but also sustainable and community-focused.

Bruce has also served on multiple boards, leveraging his knowledge of governance, strategy, and operational excellence to guide organizations toward achieving their missions. He applies this experience to help the NMDF expand its reach, strengthen its programs, and improve healthcare education and services where they are needed most.
