Rosemary Hullinger, BSN
Board Member, Nursing and Midwifery Development Foundation
With a lifelong dedication to service, education, and global health, Rosemary brings more than five decades of nursing experience and humanitarian leadership to the NMDF Board. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Nursing (1970), Rosemary has devoted her career to improving lives through compassion, skill, and sustainable community programs.
She has participated in over 45 humanitarian missions worldwide, leading 10 of those teams. Her hands-on efforts have included establishing three sewing schools—two in Peru and one in India—and organizing six missions to India to teach young women maturation education and the sewing of feminine hygiene kits. Closer to home, she has contributed to multiple initiatives serving Native American communities in Utah.
A committed Rotarian since 2004, Rosemary has held numerous leadership positions within Rotary International District 5420, including Assistant Governor, District Paul Harris Society Coordinator, and currently serves as Deputy Lieutenant Governor. She also sits on the District 5420 Native American Initiative Board, reflecting her deep commitment to service that uplifts and empowers.
Beyond her service with Rotary and as a Board Member of the Nursing and Midwifery Development Foundation, she has also served as Secretary of the Hullinger Family Foundation, and Board Member of the White Buffalo Foundation for Tooele High School. She previously served a decade on the Board of Directors for The Hope Alliance, a nonprofit based in Park City, Utah.
